Rich Bodwell, ISS CEO and President, grew up in a family very involved in the HVAC/R & Controls industry. Rich began his HVAC/R career in 1989 .

Mr. Bodwell has worked for his family business as well as a national consolidator. He has completed many training courses including leadership development and service sales training. His career has included involvement in many organizations such as ACCA, The Unified Group, BOMA and the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Fourteen years after starting his career, Rich began a new chapter and launched his own HVAC/R mechanical services company, Innovative Service Solutions. His reputation, and that of the company he leads, is built on customer service and trust. <PUBLISHED ARTICLE>

KEN BODWELL, ISS COO and CFO.
For over forty years, Ken has been a business owner, industry leader and spokesperson. His career started in the controls industry in 1967 and has continued to gain momentum with dedication to the HVAC industry. His passion is quality service and communication.

Ken has served as President of the Florida Air-Conditioning Contractors of America and presently sits on the FACCA Board of Directors. In addition to his dedication to educating the air-conditioning contractor, Ken sits on the Board of Directors for the Indoor Air Quality Association of Central Florida where his aim is to educate members on the health, safety and welfare issues that effect the environment of the buildings they service. In addition to his committee service in Florida, Ken sits on two national committees for the Air-Conditioning Contractors of America.

Greg SuarezOrlando Florida-based Innovative Services Solutions, is an HVAC/R Contractor serving Central Florida, West Florida, and South West Florida

GREG SUAREZ , ISS Orlando Service Manager.
 With twenty-seven years experience, Greg has gained a reputation that included of honesty and quality service. As a NCCR certified instructor, Greg strongly believes that an educated technicians are Innovative Service Solutions greatest assets. Starting his career as a service technician in 1980, Greg has the skills to troubleshoot any HVAC/R system. During his career, Greg has mastered controls ranging from early pneumatic systems to today's most sophisticated electronics.

Joining the Bodwell family in 1999, Greg endorses and practices the ISS Core Values system, and is keenly focused on our Mission Statement. When asked, Ken Bodwell says, "Greg represents the values we cherish and is our bridge to sharing those values with our technicians... Our clients appreciate his refreshing honesty and responsive communication."
